We at Divytec Vision Private limited believes in helping all customers as far as possible, and has consequently prepared a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy. There may be some case of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons . In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Divytec Vision Private limited undertakes all projects under the scope of objectives that determine the direction / route followed by the project.

 

All Web Design / Web Development / Mobile Application Development / Sofware Developemnt / Search Engine Optimization / Digital Marketing/Hosting Services/ Maintenance of a website are carried out and accepted after total analysis and creation of a complete scope document, in order to ensure that our teams have full understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating possibilities of any project cancellation / reversal / dispute.

 

Since Divytec Vision Private limited and the client understand that there is work involved to achieve every milestone of the project and completion of every module, a refund would not be possible for the work once assigned to us.

 

Domain Name Registration Services : Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "cancelled" until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization and we do not have any control over.


Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.


Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.


No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Divytec Vision Private limited had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period.

 

These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions.


Divytec Vision Private limited also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.

Refund Policy

We will try our level best to create the suitable hosting package that matches for our clients. In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take maximum of 7 working days to process and it will be refunded in your account either by Account Credits or direct deposit in your bank account. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.

 

Payments for custom design projects / above services are made to us in increments by client is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all charges paid are retained by Divytec Vision Private limited and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.


If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.


Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired.


Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.


There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.


Taxes can't be refunded by us as they are deposited directly at the end of each month, however it might be possible to reclaim those directly from the government.

Terms and Conditions

1. There are no refunds on domain registrations, SMTP Server, Dedicated Hosting, Bulk SMS, Bulk Email, Website Designing, SSL Certificates. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.

2. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

5. Changes to the Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy (TOS / AUP) / Privacy Policy StaticKing reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.

6. There are no refunds on Social Media Service . So Before Place Your Order be sure.

7. Taxes can’t be refunded by us as they are deposited directly at the end of each month, however it might be possible to reclaim those directly from the government.

8. No refund will be issue in case of when a project/website / software development process starting by our team.

9. If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A Rs. 500 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

10. We are willing to work with you and after getting confirmation from your side, we immediately take action on it and send your work in progress. Therefore, if you take your steps back after confirmation, so, the amount you have already paid is non-refundable. We interact with our clients and do our best to solve all their queries and start work after their approval, therefore, there is no provision for any kind of refund. We clearly mentioned that the paid amount is non-refundable in any circumstance.
